1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. yeye7 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address monitoring, device fingerprinting, payment method verification, and behavioral analysis. If we detect or suspect multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all associated accounts, void any winnings, forfeit account balances, and exclude you from future participation in the Service.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You agree to immediately notify yeye7 of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. yeye7 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If your yeye7 account remains inactive (no login activity, deposits, or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it will be classified as a dormant account. yeye7 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of PHP 100 against dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. If your dormant account balance falls below PHP 100, the remaining balance will be forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying your identity.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yeye7 accepts deposits through various payment methods approved for use in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded minus applicable processing fees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Unverified accounts are subject to lower deposit limits until identity verification is completed. yeye7 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly and credited to your yeye7 account balance within minutes. Bank transfers typically process within 5-15 minutes during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) but may take up to 24 hours outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and typically credit within 10-30 minutes depending on network congestion.

4.4 Deposit Fees

yeye7 does not charge fees for deposits made through any approved payment method. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, Maya, or cryptocurrency exchange) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility. We recommend checking with your payment provider regarding applicable fees before initiating a deposit.

4.5 Refused or Failed Deposits

yeye7 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe originates from illegal sources, involves money laundering, constitutes fraud, or violates these Terms. If a deposit is refused, the funds will be returned to the originating payment source minus applicable processing fees. yeye7 is not liable for any losses resulting from refused or delayed deposits.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your legal name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional security verification and take up to 72 hours to process.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

yeye7 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two (2) withdrawal requests per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month incur a processing fee of PHP 50 per transaction. VIP Gold members and above receive unlimited free withdrawals as part of their membership benefits.

5.5 Withdrawal Verification and Security

To protect against fraud and money laundering, yeye7 may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawals, or withdrawals to new payment methods. You may be required to verify payment method ownership by providing screenshots, statements, or other documentation linking the payment method to your identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days will result in withdrawal request cancellation, and funds will be returned to your account balance.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

6.5 Withdrawal of Winnings from Bonuses

Once wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash and are added to your main balance. 8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yeye7, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the Service, your breach of any law or regulation, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any prohibited or illegal activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the yeye7 Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of yeye7, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) or a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes with yeye7 on an individual basis only and waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative action against yeye7. This waiver applies regardless of whether the dispute is resolved through arbitration or litigation.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 yeye7's Right to Suspend or Terminate

yeye7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspicious financial activity
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure
• Business decisions to discontinue service in your jurisdiction

Upon account termination, you will lose access to all account features, and any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination results from your violation of these Terms. yeye7 is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination.

13.2 Your Right to Close Your Account

You may close your yeye7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must complete any pending wagering requirements, and your remaining account balance (minus any unredeemed bonuses or bonus winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use yeye7 services again in the future, you must create a new account subject to eligibility verification.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided for convenience are not legally binding. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
